In-house 60’ Foot Tube Laser

• AMF is the only railing shop in five regional states that utilizes a full-time, in-house tube laser. This machine, combined with our flat sheet laser, creates unparalleled accuracy, speed and service which translates into materials hustling through our shop faster and better.

• Compared to traditional plasma cutting or saw cutting methods, laser cutting technology, particularly tube laser technology, is vastly superior. In today’s industry, AMF delivers not only faster production but better quality which means straighter railing runs, better lines, tighter tolerances and much better quality of welds (no more globs of weld with spatter everywhere).

Capacity

• AMF boasts a weld team of more than 20 full-time, certified and tested, tungsten inert gas (TIG) welders. TIG welding is rare and recognized as an artisan skill that is important for both stainless steel and aluminum railing systems.

• Most shops might employ one or two welders that can do this high-end welding. But, by having multiple welders, AMF can weld multiple large jobs simultaneously.

• Our skilled craftsmen have welded and installed railing in high-end commercial buildings, such as museums, sporting arenas, hospitals, universities, high schools, etc.
